If you require your January Bill before the 23^rd of December. Please let us know beforehand via email.

Please note that all accounts that are overdue or in arrears by the 15^th of December will be suspended unless a payment arrangement is made. It is very important that you contact us if you need a payment arrangement. Suspended accounts will incur a re-connection fee of R500.
